Easily my “favorite” part of Allo, all apps can now use the App Review Messaging. This allows for any messaging app to send a message through Google Play Services, from user A (who has the app installed) to user B (who doesn’t); from there, user B can read and reply to the message or install the full app.

Personally, I hope that this goes “out of fashion” once ‘Instant Apps’ goes online – It would be awesome to have a temporary copy of the app to reply, with the option to install the full app.

Like I’ve said for some years now, Android’s real magic is all on Google Play Services.
